Founded in 2002 in Shanghai China, the Western-style, health-focused dining – ‘Element Fresh’ has come a long way since its modest start in a gym café. Now with over 40 restaurants across China, Element Fresh is all about creating great tasting dishes that’s also healthy. Element Fresh has received multiple accolades including “Restaurant of the Year” and “Most Influential Restaurant” in 2019.

Our philosophy is simple “great taste makes eating right easy”. We believe a healthy life starts with eating right. Our menu is carefully planned, using seasonal or the freshest ingredients available in the market.

The first Element Fresh in Malaysia brings over 100 dishes of the best dishes curated over 18 years of successful restaurant operations in China; ranging from breakfast, starters, soup, salads, pastas, steak and grill, vegan and desserts.
