Bingsu History

The early form of Patbingsu existed during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910) ,the government records show officials sharing crushed ice topped with consisted of shaved ice and two or three ingredients, typically red bean paste, tteok and ground nut powder , but now the new Korean style shaved ice dessert .Is served with the sweet toppings that may include Korean rice,cereal flakes,condensed milk, fresh fruit,red bean and the ice cream🍨 that everybody love .Varieties with ingredients other than red beans , we are called it 🍧Bingsu.
